Terms of Service
The terms on which Parinama Driving School provides lessons and road tests — including the full terms of our text messaging programme.

1. About These Terms
These terms govern your use of the parinamadrivingschool.com website and the driving lesson, driver education and road test services provided by Parinama Driving School, trading as part of Parinama LLC. By booking with us or using this site you accept them.
They should be read together with our Privacy Policy.
2. Who May Book
You must hold the learner permit or licence that the lesson or test you are booking requires, and you must bring it with you. If you are under 18, a parent or guardian must make or approve the booking and provide their contact details. We may ask to see documents before a lesson and may decline to proceed if the required documents are missing.
3. Bookings, Lessons and Road Tests
A booking is confirmed when we tell you it is confirmed — a request submitted online is not itself a confirmation. Lesson times are held for you, and we ask that you are ready at the agreed time and place. Instructors may end a lesson early where it is unsafe to continue, including where a student appears to be under the influence of alcohol or drugs, or where a vehicle or student is not roadworthy or road-legal.
Road test appointments are subject to the rules and availability of the Texas Department of Public Safety, which we do not control.
4. Prices and Payment
Prices are as shown on our website or quoted to you at the time of booking. Payment is taken through our payment processor, and packages of lessons are prepaid credit balances applied to future bookings. Package credits are personal to the student they were bought for and are not transferable or redeemable for cash except where the law requires it.
5. Cancellation and Rescheduling
Our current cancellation and rescheduling policy — including the notice we need and what happens to your payment inside that notice window — is shown to you before you confirm a booking, and is sent to you with your confirmation. Please read it there, as it is the version that applies to your booking.
If you need to change a booking, contact us as early as you can on 512-255-1660 or at info@parinamadrivingschool.com.
6. Your Account
You are responsible for keeping your account password confidential and for what happens under your account. Tell us promptly if you think someone else has access to it. You agree to give us accurate information and to keep your contact details up to date — we use them to confirm and remind you about lessons.
7. Acceptable Use
Please do not attempt to disrupt or gain unauthorised access to this site, its accounts or its data, scrape it at a scale that degrades it for others, or use it to send anything unlawful or abusive.
8. SMS Terms — Parinama Driving School Text Messages
These terms apply to our text messaging programme. They are part of these Terms of Service.
- Programme: Parinama Driving School sends text messages about your bookings and account: booking received and booking confirmed notices, reminders before your lesson or road test, reschedule and cancellation notices, our cancellation policy, and replies to enquiries you submit on our website. We do not send marketing or promotional text messages.
- Opt-in: you opt in by ticking the optional “Text me booking updates” box when you book, in your profile, or on our enquiry form. The box is never ticked for you. Consent is not a condition of purchase or of booking a lesson.
- Frequency: message frequency varies — typically one to five messages per booking.
- Message and data rates may apply. Your mobile carrier may charge you for sending or receiving text messages, according to your plan.
- Opt out: reply STOP to any message to cancel at any time. You will receive one confirmation message and no further texts. Reply START to resubscribe. You can also untick the box in your account profile.
- Help: reply HELP to any message, call 512-255-1660, or email info@parinamadrivingschool.com.
- Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery depends on your carrier and your device, and we cannot guarantee that any particular message arrives — so please do not rely on a text alone for the time of a lesson. Your booking confirmation email and your account are the record.
- Supported carriers: messages are sent to US mobile numbers. See our Privacy Policy for how we handle your number and your consent — in short, we never share either with third parties or affiliates for marketing.
9. Liability
We provide our services with reasonable care and skill. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, for the outcome of a Department of Public Safety test, or for delays caused by weather, traffic, vehicle failure or circumstances outside our reasonable control. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
10. Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The version on this page, with the effective date shown above, is the one that applies. Material changes to the SMS programme will be reflected here and, where required, notified to you.
11. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, and the courts of Texas have jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.
