Parinama Driving School ("we", "us", "our") is a driver education and road test service operating in Texas, trading as part of Parinama LLC. This policy explains what personal information we collect through our website, our booking and student portal, and our communications, and what we do with it.

We collect only what we need to teach you to drive, get you through your test, and keep your account straight.

We use your information to schedule and deliver lessons and road tests, confirm and remind you about bookings, process payments and refunds, keep your student progress records, answer your enquiries, meet our legal and record-keeping obligations as a driving school, and improve our website and service.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use automated decision-making that has a legal effect on you.

If you opt in to text messages from Parinama Driving School, we collect your mobile phone number and a record of your consent, and use them only to send the messages you asked for (booking confirmations, reminders, reschedule and cancellation notices, and replies to your enquiries). Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help.

We do not share, sell, rent, or provide your mobile phone number or text messaging consent to third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent are excluded from any other sharing described in this policy and will not be shared with any third parties, except the service providers (such as our SMS provider) that deliver messages on our behalf.

Consent to receive text messages is never a condition of buying anything or of booking a lesson. You choose it with an optional, unticked checkbox — on our enquiry form, during online booking, or in your account profile — and you can withdraw it at any time by replying STOP to any message or by unticking the box in your profile. We do not sell, rent or trade personal information. We share it only with service providers who help us run the school — website and application hosting, our student and booking system, payment processing (Stripe), and email and SMS delivery — and only so far as they need it to do that work. We also share information where the law requires it, in response to a lawful government request, or to protect the rights, property or safety of our students, staff or the public.

For the avoidance of doubt: your mobile phone number and your text messaging consent are not shared, sold, rented or provided to third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. They are disclosed only to the SMS provider that delivers the messages you asked us to send.

Many of our students are 14 to 17 years old. Where a student is under 18 we collect their information through a parent, guardian or authorised representative, and we deal with that adult on matters of consent, scheduling and payment. A parent or guardian may ask us to review, correct or delete their child's information at any time, and may withdraw consent to text messages on their behalf.

We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.

Our website uses cookies to keep you signed in, remember your preferences, and understand how the site is used so we can improve it. You can disable cookies in your browser, though parts of the booking flow and your account area will not work without them.

We keep your information for as long as you hold an account with us and afterwards only as long as we need it for our business records, to meet legal and driving-school record-keeping requirements, to resolve disputes and to enforce our agreements. Records of text messaging consent are kept for as long as we may need to evidence that consent, and for a reasonable period after it is withdrawn. When information is no longer needed it is securely deleted or anonymised.

We use reasonable administrative, technical and physical safeguards to protect your information against unauthorised access, disclosure, alteration, misuse and loss. Our site is served over HTTPS and passwords are stored only as salted hashes. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Subject to applicable law, you may ask us to give you access to the personal information we hold about you, correct anything inaccurate, update your contact details, or delete your information. You may withdraw consent to marketing or text messages at any time without affecting your bookings.

Our site links to third-party services, including our payment processor and mapping providers. We are not responsible for their content, policies or privacy practices, and we encourage you to read their policies before giving them information.

We may update this policy from time to time. Changes are posted on this page with a new effective date, and material changes to how we handle text messaging consent will be made clear. Continuing to use our services after a change means you accept the updated policy.
