How we ask before we text you
Parinama Driving School sends texts about your bookings only if you ask us to. This page shows exactly where we ask, in the words we use, and how to stop at any time.
The consent box, exactly as it appears
Always unticked. Never required. This is a live copy of the same box, shown here so you can read it without filling in a form:
Ticking it is the only way a number is added. We never treat submitting a form, making a booking, or giving us a phone number as consent to text you.
Where we ask
1Our enquiry form — public, no account needed
On the home page, click Build my plan (or Request a call), answer the short questionnaire, and the final step asks for your name and phone number. The consent box sits directly under those fields, unticked. Request my callback submits whether or not it is ticked.
2During online booking — signed-in students
At /book, after picking a centre, date and time, the confirmation step shows the same box, unticked. Booking completes whether or not it is ticked. It is only shown to students who have not already opted in, so nobody is asked twice.
3In the student's account profile — signed-in students
Under My account → Profile, the same box is always shown, so a student can turn text messages on or off themselves at any time. This is also where consent is withdrawn without replying STOP.
What we send
Only messages about your own bookings and enquiries — never marketing or promotions:
- Booking received, and booking confirmed
- A reminder before your driving lesson or road test, with the address
- Reschedule and cancellation notices, including refund confirmation
- Our cancellation and rescheduling policy, with your confirmation
- A reply with booking instructions when you submit an enquiry and tick the box
Message frequency varies — typically one to five messages per booking. Message and data rates may apply.
How to stop, and how to get help
Reply STOP to any message and we stop immediately — you will get one confirmation and nothing after it. Reply START to turn them back on, or untick the box in your profile. Reply HELP, call 512-255-1660, or email info@parinamadrivingschool.com for help. Stopping texts never affects your bookings — we still email you.
What happens to your number
We store your mobile number and the date and time you gave consent, so we have a record of what you agreed to. We do not share, sell, rent, or provide your mobile phone number or text messaging consent to third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. The only third party that sees it is the SMS provider that delivers the messages on our behalf.
